How to achieve ROI from our customer success managers

Welcome to our new series, in which we are interviewing all of our Customer Success Managers here at BriefYourMarket.com.

The aim of the interviews is to help our agents achieve Return on Investment, providing them with advice on how they can improve their marketing strategy.

Our first Customer Success Manager is Murray Watkins, who has been at BriefYourMarket.com for over two years.

Murray strives to ensure all of his agents are getting the most out of our services, by having regular account review calls, as well as being the first person people can come to with any problems.

Q: Can you give an example of a customer’s return from BriefYourMarket.com?

A: Gibson Lane have seen a great Return on Investment since joining us, they have seen over £100,000 worth of market appraisals working alongside myself and the rest of the team in quarter two for 2020.

Q: How did they achieve this?

A: Throughout quarter two, Gibson Lane sent two interactive property magazines to their database.

They also sent three emails reacting to the news of the property market reopening, which prompted their customers to restart their search to buy and sell with them.

Q: What key tips would you give to agents to achieve the best ROI possible?

A: The best possible way to generate a great return is by making it as easy as possible for customers to book their valuations and to view properties.

It is also important to communicate with the entirety of your database, ensuring you remain consistent when doing so.

Q: What campaign from the December send plan do you think agents should send?

A: I think the Rightmove Boxing Day campaign was a great example of the material that agents should look to send.

This is because it encouraged both buyers and sellers to browse the market and list their property, due to web searches being sky-high.
