Editing...

Only once an Author has submitted their articles for approval, will their articles be viewable by Sub-editors. These submitted articles are then reviewed by a Sub-editor. This Sub-editor user can update, delete, approve or reject articles. This helps to ensure there is a consistent "feel" to all the articles to be put in a single newsletter.

The Editor can then choose from a list of approved articles as to which go into a newsletter. Once they have a number of articles in a newsletter, BriefYourMarket.com provides tools to check the distribution of articles across newsletter categories, check that all links in articles are valid and to order the articles in a newsletter.

Publishing...

The final step is to send the newsletter email to appropriate Contacts. The Editor has the ability to firstly test send the newsletter email to a number of specified email addresses to check exactly what the email will look like. Once they are 100% satisfied, they send the email. The newsletter and all the articles are automatically published onto the newsletter web site.
