There are features that make it easy to import information into the BriefYourMarket contact list, as well as to exclude duplicate email addresses, validate email addresses, and to export. Importing and exporting contact data is done via CSV files.

How many emails can I send in a month?
There are no limits on the number of emails you send in a given month. The product is priced according to the size of your contact list.

What qualification or experience should our operator/administrator have to use BriefYourMarket?
Only basic computer skills are needed. The user will not have to understand HTML. It’s as easy as using a word processor and it is possible to copy and paste from other applications. The software is hosted on our servers and fully supported so there are no administration issues.

Could we buy a mailing list from you?
BriefYourMarket do not sell, rent or supply any personal information to any party. We operate our business in accordance with high levels of integrity, as spelled out in our privacy policy, and general terms and conditions for clients.

I want to send bulk email, is BriefYourMarket the right product?
That depends... BriefYourMarket offers sophisticated features to profile your contacts, to personalise and target your communications as well as a news website. It is not intended for sending millions of emails in a single shot.
